I have assigned courses but I can't take them. What should I do?

If you are a Super Admin or Manager and have courses assigned to you, you must switch your view in order to take them.

Here’s how to do it:

1. Go to the top of the screen.
2. Look for the toggle switch that lets you change between “Manager View” and “Trainee View”.
3. Switch to “Trainee View”.
4. Once in Trainee View, you will be able to access and complete any assigned courses just like a regular Trainee.
